Stand Up Paddle Anyone?

Hi All

I've heard really good things about SUPs and I'm willing to give it a go...and a few members are already SUP'ers, so we can follow in their wake.

SSG member, Pete, also runs a SUP school up at Palm Beach mostly on Saturday mornings.

Not sure of the cost, but don't imagine it will be much over $30.

I'll let this idea sit here for a couple of weeks before deciding to book a meetup. So post your vote!

Weekend Surf Camp at Seven Mile Beach - Gerroa

Hi All

OK, the location has been set for Seven Mile Beach.

Nana and I have been doing some research and we reckon it would be good to stay in a house rather than camp.

Because of the late notice, all the good places are booked up for the beginning of March, so we've pushed the date back to the weekend of the 27//28 March - drive up late Friday and return late Sunday. The accommodation cost will be around $120 pp. Food will be around $30 pp.

Because of the restriction on accommodation, the number of spots for this meetup will be set to 8 (+2 maybe). So first in gets a spot!

If you want to take care of your own accommodation, then the numbers can increase.

Let us know if you have any alternate suggestions.
